I am happy to accept returns on all non-custom orders in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. To process your return just email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll take care of it.
I do not accept returns on any custom orders, so please carefully check the spelling, size, etc on your order before submitting. Custom orders cannot be cancelled, nor refunded under any circumstances.
What if the item arrives damaged?
I’ll always take time to pack your product with care so it will withstand any obstacles. So, if the delivery driver decides they want to practice their wrestling moves on your package (yeah, we’ve all seen some of those horrid videos) I’m sure it’ll be just fine.
In the event that it isn’t, I also ship with insurance. So, if they really do a number on your package just contact me (respectfully, I request) including photos of the damage and I’ll get you a new one shipped out ASAP. I deal with the insurance part and I will NOT make you wait on your replacement. The sooner you get me the photos the faster I can get the claim processed and your new product to you. Oh, and no…I don’t want the damaged one back 😉
